Oscar Freiesleben Hjort joined Axcel in 2021 and is an Investment Manager in the Copenhagen office.

Prior to joining Axcel, Oscar worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan in London. At J.P. Morgan, Oscar was a member of the EMEA TMT team. Before that, Oscar worked part-time at Danske Bank and completed a summer internship in Hong Kong.

Educational background

Oscar holds a MSc in Economics and Finance from University of Copenhagen. Additionally, he studied abroad at Chinese University of Hong Kong in Hong Kong.
