15 Swedish and Norwegian property inspection, maintenance and incident management services companies are joining forces with Axcel to form a new property well-being services group. All the group companies are entrepreneur-led, local businesses with long-standing customer relationships and a high level of expertise in areas such as indoor air quality, moisture control or pipes. In total, the new group employs nearly 500 people and generates revenue of more than SEK 800 million.
“We’re excited to enter the fragmented, growing and resilient property inspection and maintenance services market,” says Thomas Blomqvist, Partner at Axcel. “Our goal is to create a Nordic market leader in property well-being services, expanding through organic growth initiatives and targeted acquisitions. While each company in the group will maintain its local roots and operational autonomy, collectively they will benefit from collaboration, access to a broader nationwide service offering and strong group support.”
The new property well-being services group offers its services directly to property owners as well as through facility managers and insurance companies.
“By uniting leading local companies, we can offer property owners and managers a comprehensive and complementary range of specialised services related to indoor air quality, moisture and pipes,” says Mats Paulsson, Chairman of the new group. “Each company will be able to focus fully on its customers and core competencies – ensuring that properties remain functional and healthy – while the group platform will provide valuable support in areas such as business development, sustainability, finance, HR and IT.”
The 15 companies joining the group are: FSAB, Fukt i Väst, Helheten Gruppen, Humidus, Höjdens Spol- & Avloppsteknik, Miljösaneringar, Miljøvakta, Mur og Pipeservice, Norover, Pipe Relining Syd, Probaco i Gävle, SB Ventilation, Skorstensbolaget, Skorstensteamet and Struktursanering.
The new property well-being services group is the fifth investment of Axcel VII.
