Henri Nurmela joined Axcel in 2021 and is an Associate Director at the Stockholm office.

Prior to joining Axcel, he worked at the Nordic private equity firm Adelis Equity Partners. Henri also has experience from working as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group where he focused on private equity and strategy.

Henri Nurmela holds an MSc in Economics from Hanken School of Economics in Finland, including exchange studies at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in the USA
