Karoline Søholt joined Axcel in January 2022 as Finance Manager in Axcel’s finance department at the Copenhagen office. Karoline manages the processes around internal training, portfolio monitoring, fund managing and financial and tax reports to investors.

Prior to joining Axcel Karoline has 6,5 years of experience as auditor at Deloitte working with a wide range of clients ranging from some of the largest clients in Denmark to smaller start-up companies. Karoline has experiences working with audit of private entities, preparation of annual reports, group audits, project management, internal and external facilitating.

Educational background

Karoline holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Financial and Management Accounting) and a MSc in Business Economics and Auditing from Copenhagen Business School.
