Jesper Frydensberg Rasmussen joined Axcel in 2011.

Jesper is responsible for the finance department at Axcel, which includes investor reporting, deal structuring and tax and fund management. Jesper also serves as Compliance Officer and Risk Manager.

Jesper has over 20 years of experience working with private equity, first as an Auditor at Deloitte, where his main focus was private equity, and later headed the finance department at Dansk Kapitalanlæg.

Educational background

Jesper Frydensberg Rasmussen has studied at South Puget Sound Community College in Washington, USA and holds a BSc in International Business and a MSc in Business Administration and Auditing from Copenhagen Business School.
